Refunds will be given on any product not commissioned, and returned to us in good condition. Refunds will be given on commissioned items only if a mistake is made.

Great care is given to pack each item safetly for shipping. If damage does occur during shipment contact immediately for repair or possible replacement. Each is unique and duplication is not possible, so a varied design of the same subject matter may be possible. We will not be able to refund shipping cost.
